This website, xpoly.es, is the online shop of Xpoly, two shops in A Coruña selling collectible card games, wargames and accessories.

Xpoly does not practise a regulated profession and does not need any prior administrative authorisation to run this website.

What this website is for

On xpoly.es you can browse the catalogue of both shops with their real stock levels, create an account and sign up for pre-orders. You cannot yet buy or pay on the website, and nothing is shipped: what you see is bought in our shops, and what you reserve is paid for and collected at the shop you choose. How pre-orders work is set out in the terms of pre-order; the rules for your account and for using the website, in the terms of use; and what we do with your data, in the privacy policy.

The prices you see include VAT.

Trade marks and images

The names of the games, their logos and the artwork on the boxes belong to their publishers (for example, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, Konami or Ravensburger). Xpoly sells genuine products and uses them only so that you know what you are buying; it has no connection with those publishers beyond selling their products.

The product photos are copies stored on our server. Under each one we say which website it came from. If you own the rights to an image and do not want us to use it, write to us at the address above and we will remove it: we can switch off the images for an entire game at a moment's notice.

The text, the design and our own photos on this website may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

We try to make sure that what the website says is accurate: the stock shown is the shops' stock at that moment, and the price is the one charged in the shops. If you still spot an error, please let us know. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to (for example, the map showing how to get to a shop).

Governing law

This website is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts for the place where you live.
