Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return what you buy on the website, without giving any reason and even if you have already opened it.

The period runs from the day you receive the order or collect it in store. It is enough to tell us within that period that you want to return it, for example at either of our shops.

If you return it opened, you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish what it is: an opened booster pack or a box with the cards taken out cannot be resold as new. That diminished value is deducted from the refund, and we show you photos of the condition in which it arrived.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used, within 14 days at most from when you tell us you are returning it. We may wait until we have the product, or proof that you have sent it.
